Amazing experience at Moorings Kenley. I cannot recommend Dr. Alanna Keating highly enough. From the moment I walked into the consultation, she was incredibly thorough, attentive, and knowledgeable. Excellent service Dr Abuzaid rang me within an hour of my online request and has referred me to the specialist for further examination.
In addition to this I am currently being treated for prostate cancer with monthly injections and I cannot praise the practice nurse Marta Dorta-Alton highly enough for her caring and friendly attitude towards her patients, she is so empathetic. We have been patients with this practice for over 40 years and have never had any cause to complain.

I want to try and make an appointment, however what I want to be seen for isn’t an option online unfortunately. So for this reason I have called this morning, after waiting in the queue and am told I am number 1, when the call is connected it goes completely silent and I can’t hear anyone and not even the hold music. After a couple more minutes of complete silence the phone call just ends. It’s very frustrating when all I want to do is talk to an actual person rather than doing it all online.

Really impressed with Mrs Mirza. Knowledgeable, helpful and confidence-inspiring. I'd normally see a Nurse Practitioner for my annual review but Mrs Mirza explained that she is a Clinical Pharmacist which is a new one on me. I had feared I had an appointment with one of these new Physician Associates. My one suggestion is that Keston tell us about these new roles so we know who we're dealing with. BTW, I am absolutely not a fan of social media GP reviews, but I've been asked by the practice - so there!
