First-time customer. Despite tiny order (a USB coupler to extend cables to a power source) the online help and advice (from 'Slavo', if I heard correctly) was superb: friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and polite. And to receive my order on the weekend before Xmas --- less than 24hrs after placing it -- was little short of miraculous! Follow-up message from 'Jenni and the Kenable Team' thanking me for my purchase was a lovely polite gesture. I've been really impressed as a new customer. I was experiencing intermittent TV signal issues, so I ordered some RG6 aerial cables from Kenable as a final attempt before calling a professional. Needed two cases to fit a pair of passive 200w rms amps. I discussed with Kenables customer service, who confirmed dimensions. I used FedEx next day. Wasn’t much more and well worth it. I was kept informed with an invoice detailing the sale. Very professional and informed of delivery slot, by the couriers. Cases are of good quality for the price paid. All in all pain free. Would recommend.

Bought some Cat6 ethernet cable for an outstide office/garden project. Adviser at front desk was very knowledgable and spent lots of time checking I had everything required for the task in hand and suggested an improved method of install.
