Purchased a Panasonic toughbook CF-33 which was advertised as grade A on eBay, then realised I dont want the toughbook as the hard drive capacity was to small for my need & I wanted windows 11

After one conversation with a very helpful gentleman via the eBay message chat the team replaced rhe hard drive and upgraded the laptop to Windows 11 free of charge

Bought a server CPU off their eBay store, but unfortunately something went wrong on eBay's end and my order never got processed. I bought 4 refurbished Dell Optiplex from Kelsius and they arrived quickly, well packed and to be honest as good as new at a fraction of the cost. After a few weeks i had an issue with one, and not only did they immediately replace it but also organised for the collection of the other one.

I find it hard to read negative reviews regarding unpublished specification. These guys put it all in black and white so you know exactly what you are buying.

I have already recommended them to several friends and will definitely buy from them again. I have been buying, selling and installing PC's for 25 years and these guys are as good as you will get for value for money

First Laptop purchased was Just acceptable, worked well but required considerable cleaning. Then made the mistake of buying a second laptop. condition was terrible not light wear and tear like stated. offered a different brand as same model was unavailable we reluctantly accepted due to slightly higher spec. Only to find that we had been mislead and that the laptop we recieved was a lower spec than the option we were shown.

I will never use this company again and wish I had seen these reviews plus there feedback on Ebay and taken more notice of the warnings.

There customer service gets good reviews but you have to ask the question, why if the products were problem free is anyone dealing with customer service?

All said and done there was no good will gesture or recompense for our time wasted and the fact we were mislead and were left unhappy.

I believe KelsusIT should focus more on their customers and the product they suppy as im sure I won't be the last disappointed customer.

I'm stunned at what I have got for the money. My old pc struggled with the new games coming out and so it was time to upgrade. It took a long time to save and so I had plenty of time to do my research as to who I would buy from. The feed back from this company and the specs offered left me in no doubt I was buying from them. My new PC arrived yesterday and I'm blown away. Came next day, very well packaged and it does everything that I was looking for. I'm not in to bling but this system also looks amazing. I have bought 2 servers and around 35 PC's
From Kelsusit. They have always been prompt and very helpful. You cannot beat the service. Once a machine went missing with the courier and they sent another unit the first one arrived weeks later and was returned. Another time I had an issue with a machine I had for a month or so and they replaced it no fuss. They are a first class outfit. I give the a1plus 100 percent satisfied. And shipping included and unbeatable prices.
