We had been approached many times to sell our business but the approach from KBS was different; they had actually researched our company and made it personal.
We decided to go ahead with a sale and as expected this took over a year to find the right fit. Andrew Dodd was our advisor and he was very patient as we turned down several good offers for different reasons. Finally he introduced us to a wonderful Swedish investor who was the perfect fit. He negotiated a good deal for us all and once initially agreed it was completed in under four months. KBS arranged Mackrell Solicitors to write the agreement and this was also quick and straightforward.

SCAM. Emailed me using an email that doesn't exist. Caught by my domain. You have to pay up front. They have no idea what my company does, so how are they going to find a buyer? We'd just resign and set up a new company if somebody ever got fooled into purchasing us. So THEY get you money up front and it doesn't matter if they find a buyer, they HAVE YOUR MONEY.
