Really friendly and professional service from every member of staff I crossed! Super speedy, dropped off at 9am for front and rear breaks and collected for 11:15! Great price too

The team at KAM were friendly, but inaccurate in their diagnostics and I believe I was overcharged. I had an engine light on and was told that their diagnostics machine (which I was charged £78 for) couldn’t be specific about the problem. They recommended an oil filter change (bringing the cost to c. £160!) but this didn’t remedy the oil related problem (which a different garage immediately identified was a sensor issue). They also recommended I have a new turbo installed for £1,500 because that was the only way to be sure the engine issue would be resolved, but again the next garage confirmed I did not need a new turbo at all and fixed it for much less. In summary I paid £160 for an oil filter and vague diagnostics. Just glad I went elsewhere for the repairs!

Work close to here but live quite far away, had a last minute emergency on my car that needed sorting asap and they were amazing. Rang at 10am, told me to come straight away and in 2 hrs the car was sorted and I was back on my way, considering this was the last Friday before Christmas and I was on a tight deadline I couldn’t have asked for more!

Had my cam belt sorted by them, after ringing Fords and being told they only change the belt without dropping the sump and cleaning out the pick up or changing the oil & filter. Rang KAM and without asking, was told the sump is removed. Nearly 1/2 the price of Ford, and was done correctly. I would highly recommend them, very polite and professional
