Could not have asked for more. As a first time buyer Chris was amazing with us from the start to end. Chris was quick to call us back, helpful and did everything he could to make this process easy. I recently marketed my home with Jon Simon’s Ramsbottom office. Andy came and valued my home and was spot on with his advice. Chris led the sale. He did all of the viewings and managed to secure a number of offers. His handling of the sale has been excellent and his customer service has been very good. The property sold within a week.
This is the third home I’ve sold in the area but the first time I have ever used Jon Simon. I have been far more impressed with this company than the other well established Ramsbottom estate agent we have used in the past.
I have used Jake the mortgage adviser from the Ramsbottom office too and his service has been exemplary. He has answered my many questions quickly and correctly. I am also using the in house conveyancing solicitor, DRN Solicitors for the sale and purchase of my new home. Recently bought a house through the JonSimon Ramsbottom branch. I viewed numerous properties with them and they were more than happy to show me round them one after another. Once I had made an offer the team were on hand to help me with any questions I had and communicated with both my solicitor and myself well to keep the sale moving quickly, even over Christmas. I feel the need to post this now. In 2016 we looked at a house in Hawkshaw, which was for sale by the above. We put ours on the market with them to make things" easier" .Our house " sold" within 24 hrs and the offer was accepted on the Hawkshaw one. Then we were told there was a " problem" with the mortgage from our buyers, and therefore they would have to let others see the Hawkshaw house. We were then told the next day that cash buyers had bought the Hawkshaw one, and yet the mortgage " problem " was rectified in 24hrs So, we lost the house in Hawkshaw, and we took our house off the market. Disgraceful unprofessional behaviour. Moving on a few years , as cash buyers we recently viewed a
property with them, we were not asked for feedback, our opinion or anything. So that house is now sold. Where were the opportunities? Avoid !!!
