I used this company to do my bat survey. I found the surveyors to be quite unapproachable and difficult to get information from when they arrived at my property. It is an expensive survey that we had little knowledge of and if the surveyors spent a short time explaining the process to us, it would have helped us understand and it would have reasured us.

I was also uncomfortable watching two of the surveyors go in to my delapedated loft with no helmet, boots or gloves and they appeared quite amateur and not well prepared.
