Very responsive to emails and calls and very patient with a variety of issues that cropped up. The fees were also very reasonable. However following instructions the file was passed to another solicitor, and files were not reviewed well. This was rectified after discussion with John Howe.

New events then occurred and the solicitor dealing with it was much more understanding and acted quickly.

However subsequently serious mistakes were made with followups which prejudiced our position.

They kept me informed every step of the way, my house purchase involved the P/X of our existing property with the builders of our new house, at first my wife and i were concerned we had a lot of different parties to keep in the loop, we need not worry , Jeremy and his team did all this for us to make the process very smooth, in fact we moved in 2 weeks ahead of our original estimate.
