Brilliant customer service . I have spoken to Jack Steiner on multiple occasions who is always a pleasure to speak to and is always very helpful , friendly and supportive. Have been dealing with Stephen Timothy from JMC Surveyors in regards to a Damp Proofing project that was a matter of urgency for my client. Stephen understood the brief and specified all products that he would recommend for the project and really went out of his way for us. I haven’t worked with a surveyor like Stephen who even took calls on a Sunday and sketched out the requirements for the project. It was a breath of fresh air working with him and his good communication and innovative thought process allowed us to all think outside the box and eliminate any damp problems once and for all. He is an asset to the team at JMC and we are happy to have worked with JMC and Stephen to get this project where it needs to be. Thanks again guys!

Outstanding service, communication, and worth every penny. I rang JMC at 11am and Craig arrived at my property at 4pm to value it. The valuation report was ready at the time specified, and of very high quality. Craig was extremely polite, knowledgeable and professional, and replied to my queries within minutes. I would highly recommend Craig and JMC.

Has to be a glowing 5 star review. I instructed Jacob and the team to value a plot of land I purchased and help me negotiate with the council who had their own valuation. I'm glad I did get a second opinion, it saved me over 20 percent of the asking price from the council. Absolute pleasure to deal with and would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone.

I was recommended to this company, however i was very disappointed with the customer service, I called them for a Residential Survey on a few occasions. i spoke with Avi and then with Tuli. I was promised a call back to schedule within a few days, but i have not heard from them over a month even with some follow up calls. when buying a property time is a factor to consider,
