I had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and polite, which immediately put me at ease. They were patient and helped me out of a confusing situation, taking the time to clearly explain everything in simple terms. Both very knowledgable and skilled. Brilliant service. Had my screen replaced, the guy was very knowledgeable and friendly and gave my phone a full clean getting my speakers working again.

I've been to this shop many times for all my personal- and work-phone needs and the level of service has been consistently good! Each of the staff know their stuff- highly technical with much empathy that they know my needs (I am sure the needs of the rest of their customers, too) after hearing my observations about my phone. From phone casing, to screen protectors, to the shape of the phone and how to match it with the type or material of the screen protector or case. After ringing up many laptop repair services, these guys not only did they give me the best price but also they were the most polite, helpful and efficient. They replaced my macbook laptop screen very quickly, it works perfectly and is as good as new. Definitely recommend!
