I have been able to rest easy since IT Helpdesk took over the management of our IT infrastructure.
Initially with the integration of the new cloud based business solution, Zishan was very meticulous in his approach and was able to understand our requirements and has implemented a software solution beyond our expectations.
Secondly with the ongoing IT support service, IT helpdesk have always been very quick to resolve any issues we have experienced.

I had a issue with my box not recording and beeping, called IT Helpdedk LTD who I had purchased it from and it was fixed within a day. I was told what the issue was and not just shrugged off like other places. The service and aftercare is 100% and would definitely recommend purchasing from the guys here. Thanks for sorting it out and if I need some more equipment definitely coming back.

Working with Burton top computer firm to manage and support our company IT infrastructure. The service we have received from Zish and his team is superb. Our business operates in the pharmaceutical industry and we store and manage sensitive client and also UK and European patient health data in our IT systems. We trust Zish and his team with supporting us to do this and highly recommend It-h to any other UK or European clients he may be talking to. Just completed my work experience here and i must say i've enjoyed every moment here, Zishan and Cameron treated me like i'm one of their colleagues and not a random school kid.
