My iPhone screen decided it wanted to packed up, so only had 1/4 of screen visible which meant I couldnt use the phone. I went to the I store in the Grovner centre Northampton where I was met by Paul and Charlie, Paul was assisting me initially and he was very professional but in the level so didn’t feel like I was dealing with a store staff.
Charlie then took over and very clear that he was very knowledgeable, he had a big task in front of him as he had to try and guess where the keys was on the screen but did an amazing job operating to the phone with a black screen. Unfortunately I couldn’t remember my apple password so Charlie set it up for a password reset and asked me to return in the morning, I returned and was met by paul and Charlie again but Paul dealt with me this time. He also showed he was very knowledgeable and was very helpful and again both was on the level and we laughed and joked which made the experience much more relaxing.
He managed to get my phone set up ready to be repaired, so of if I went while it was being fixed.
When I returned the phone was ready to collect and looking and working immaculately so I was over the moon. Unfortunately I didn’t meet Sylvester the chap who fixed my screen, as he sits out back pottering away fixing our phones but have to give credit where it is due he done an amazing job. I would highly recommend this store to anyone who has issues with apple products, as when in the shop I could hear how they dealt with all issues and customers that came in the shop.
