They have no experience at all, breach service level agreements, no care of duty. Wendy Perera needs to be removed along with all the other inadequate members. They forget we pay their salaries, in it gor themselves and I know for a fact if it personally affected them then issue would be resolved immediately.. making it corrupt!

I am reapplying for the blue badge for my mother who is 91 with vascular dementia and alzheimer’s .
Despite completing the lengthy online form in full and sending a diagnosis from the psychiatrist, I have been sent a list of further questions that must be answered:
Will she get better in 3 years?
Can she climb hills ?
Can she walk further after a rest? etc
She uses sticks and a rollator and cannot go out without help .
Is this form filling gone mad with no common sense?
All very upsetting and time consuming

Went in first thing this morning. Had limited time to sort out an issue we were having with parking permits. Receptionist was polite and helped straight away. Another ladie popped over after hearing our problem. She took us over to the computer and went through everything with us. Rang the right people. And sorted the issue for us there and then (we would not of been able to sort the issue ourselves) could not fault them. Thank you

I found some slates in the countryside and obviously fly tipped. I brought them to my garden thinking they were Welsh slates and wanted to put them outside so people helped themselves free of charge. It took me 2 trips by car as they were very heavy and they were in bushes. I was told they were asbestos slates. I called council, she told me to take them to the dump and pay for them, I refused, I was told to take them back where I found them and leave them there. She was telling me to fly tip. As they were in my front garden she said council wouldn’t pick from private property. I left them outside my gates with a notice for the council which is public property and nearly 2 wks on they are still there although she got all my details, address etc. I even contacted green councillor, no result at all. Our area councillor Mrs Ellis is nowhere to be seen, I was told she was ill but she isn’t ill enough to be head of iow tories. I made their lives easy by getting them out of thorny bushes and nettles but they can’t be bothered to collect them outside my property. Why are we paying the council tax? I will call them again today and by the end of next wk if they are still not collected I’m reducing my poll tax monthly payments. If council refuses to do a job which we are paying them to do then I have the right to deduct some amount from my payments I make to the council.

Pointless, useless, incompetent, unreliable these are just a few words to describe the isle of wight council. If you could put 0 stars I would. Have been told loads of times I would receive a call back and not once has this happened. They just say whatever they have to to get you off of the phone. Between a worthless council and a useless MP the island doesn't stand a chance. It is just a retirement home now.....welcome to gods waiting room please take a seat and wait for death he'll be along shortly.
