I have to say it is quite a new company but the team has seasoned professionals at different areas. They would not alway persuade me to make a "buy" decision, they would remind me and suggest me to walk away when serious defects were identified after viewing, so I believe they always try to provide objective opionion.

And as remote investor, something very helpful from them is they have a broad connection with various service providers (power team), which I consider with high quality.
