I received an email saying i would be charged for exceeding my usage allowance, despite speaking to someone at the company a month before who agreed to remove the usage allowance cap. Apparently their current package is the same price but doesn't have a usage cap. I phoned to query why the usage cap hadn't been removed as agreed and they told me that they had no record of our previous conversation. I explained to the lady i spoke to that the service was disappointing and that i could get the service cheaper elsewhere, at which point the lady essentially ended the call saying i would be going elsewhere. The lady clearly had a very poor approach to customer service and a poor attitude for front line customer service staff. The business has been an Internet Central customer for circa a decade, however we will now be moving our service elsewhere and following up this review with a formal complaint.

By far the most unprofessional 'business' I have ever come across, in my life. A youth club environment is not capable of supporting other businesses.

What a shambles! I suggest unless you are absolutely desperate, you do not use this company! They do not reply to your emails, they do not do what they say they are going to do! Their arrogance defies logic!
