The team is friendly, professional and helpful, and the quality of the advice and help I have received over the years has never been anything less than excellent. They have been handling my social media advertising and maintaining our epos system.

Been dealing with Alec and his knowledge of the system is amazing and no issue is to complex to sort out which is what you look for when it comes to software and hardware support, a quick solution with less downtime as possible.

Integer has just launched a new drive tracking app and it’s a game changer. Drivers have an app where they receive their delivery orders on once assigned via the ePOS and it’s got mapping built into it making sure the delivery drivers know exactly where they are going. Since it’s been launched my delivery drivers have found it massively easy and there has been less mistakes from them also.

Just want to say a huge thank you to all at integer for their hard work in helping to improve the system consistently.

Like other negative reviews mentioned the service is non existent, no matter what they say. They're literally trying to rinse you dry everything is an added extra charge just the integration cost of JE, Uber orders at 10p + vat per order on top of the monthly service charges. I wanted a KDS and they told me to buy another software package and also pay the monthly service charge, so thats 2 lots of service charges at £23+ per system for 1 main epos system with KDS.
Customer support are useless you give them an issue to fix they respond we'll look into it and then they never get back to you. Guys steer clear and just go for a more reputable company to partner with. They give you all the sweet talk to sign up and then hardly give a toss about any issues.
P.s save the generic responses you give to others and use this as critical feedback as I'm currently looking to leave you and other will follow suit soon

Avoid business with this people. Bought software many years ago and on/off had software support which is absolutely waste of money. In whole year one problem occurred when I called them no quality engineers after few attempts they tell you to buy new hardware. All the good engineers like Simon or Mike are not longer working there. Now they start stealing when you software support comes to an ends you keep getting messages to busy support once they see you don’t buy the support they will cause problems from there are ends when you call them they will ask you for to buy support. With the one years support money you can buy brands new system. Stay away from people don’t trust them I know them for years. No customer service no trust absolutely thifes.

IV been 15 years using this computer software system in more than 1 locations with incredible outstanding service and helpful support but well is all now gone down the drain!

Not been paying for last few years for the yearly support fee as I know the system inside out and no need anymore help to navigate around it but now they implemented the software support fee as the postcode features otherwise is not longer working where been working for many years without support!!

Unfortunately is not about the fee but is about principle and I believe that is well against the consumer rights and I will take further legal action unless I have substantial evidence to prove your right to do that! When I asked for proof in relation to this the answer was “ I don’t have to proof anything u like it or not either I pay or my software will be restricted “ what a great answer!!

I’ve been using Intiger computer systems since 2012 and now I use them in all 4 branches! They are always very helpful and try to solve the issue over the phone as soon as possible. I spoke to Brett today regarding some issues with our online system and he fixed it in the matter of a few minutes! ☺️
