Waited for phone consultation that was suppose to be between 9:10 and 11:10.
No call all day! I was told that the Dr had tried me twice by a sharp receptionist. I had NO MISSED calls all day. Arranged another appointment which is a month on from my original complaint- it's never going to get sorted at this rate. Normally the receptionists are lovely- but she was trying to blame me for the missed consultation even though she said this had happened a few time that day. From now on I will have face to face, no more phone consultations- it's quicker to go to the surgery than wait all day!!

I went in to pick up a script. It must have been the receptionist's dinner break. They didn't turn up until ten past two, by which time I'd been waiting 15 minutes. Nobody asked if they could help me in all that time. By the time I asked for my script they looked at me and acted like I was an inconvenience. No apology for keeping me waiting; nothing. They should get jobs where they don't have to deal with people in my opinion.

Terrible!! Since they joined with Higher Ince surgery it has become horrendous, near impossible to get an appointment. Then 90% are phone call appointments, which they then it only rings for 5 seconds and end the call or not even bother ringing and blame it on your phone.

A lady Doctor called me with my blood test results on 11th July. She suggested I started taking statins. I have since read that the Doctor should discuss lifestyle changes first before suggesting statins.
All she mentioned to me was to eat a low fat, low sugar diet, and that was it, nothing else.
I am aware of many other lifestyle changes that I can make which I will do. Just as well, as the Doctor I spoke to offered no further advice whatsoever. Poor service in my opinion.

I was expecting a doctor to call me on Friday 2nd August between 3pm. (Yesterday) And 5pm. I did not get a call! I had my phone by my side and no phone call. I have a problem and it's very important I get help. I need to spk to a doctor

Great service from the practice, waited 5 minutes on the phone, the receptionist was was nice , helped me with my enquiries, she got me a telephone appointment for the day after, The GP rang on time and sorted my problems. Thank you
