We’ve paid £35k and waited 2.5 years for a database to be built which has never even got close to being finished. Today we decided to make a reasonable request to be refunded half of the money as it was clear they couldn’t achieve what they had promised. After this request they advised us that if we pay another £5k they’d magically finish the project in 2 weeks. We’re now going to have to go down the legal route to recover the money paid for a product that we’ve never received

If you want a company to go over and beyond to help you, then these are your guys. They always deal with any problems that anyone at the company has, promptly and always have an answer for us. Professional from start to finish and can't recommend highly enough. Nobody available to speak to on the phone, no idea when anyone would ever be available, wouldn't call me back, couldn't even give me the name of the person to speak to, told to just send an email instead. Sorry guys I think I will pass.
