I used impartial financial for some equity release for my dad as he’d just survived bowel cancer unfortunately it came back and he passed away Katie did an excellent job sorting the equity release. Paul then came round and done my dads will and fitted around him being unwell which was a great help I also made Paul an executor for dads estate as Ive never been through anything like this before he’s since helped me loads through the probate process filling in the iht 400 forms and the sale of the house he just says I’m in the office pop in I asked if I owe anything and he has done all this just to help me out I’ve not met many that would be so kind and generous I would use impartial financial for anything I need in future Paul’s been a massive help for me and all his team are amazing
