The most relaxing hour ever!

Firstly, Lydia was so accommodating and flexible when arranging a private session for me and my family.

When we arrived Lydia explained everything to us and made sure we were feeling comfortable. Lydia’s friendly and warm approach made me feel really at ease and comfortable ready for the sound healing session.

During the session, I felt so relaxed and peaceful; the sounds were absolutely amazing, I felt like I was just floating.

I had a very relaxing experience with Ihos. Lydia made me feel very comfortable and made sure to check in with my well-being throughout the session. I had never experienced sound therapy before but it put me into a very tranquil state as she used an array of techniques and instruments. Afterwards, Lydia told me what areas of my body were not vibrationally receptive which, were areas I had been having pain. Lydia explained the science behind the reaction and how the sound healing had benefited me. I had a very enjoyable experience and would definitely be going again and will recommend it to others 🙂
