What a great guy. My MacBook wouldn’t start. Contacted Darren and arranged to drop it off for investigation. Some how my MacBook had lost/corrupted its operating bios. Bios & software reinstalled and it’s working perfectly.
As this is my first Mac, Darren gave me advice and explained a lot about my MacBook and how he’d fixed it.

I had been having issues with my iMac since I purchased it running slow not responding etc. iFixApple tested it and diagnosed a hard drive issue. The hard drive was upgraded and also years of dust cleaned out. Now it has never run bette I cannot get over how quick my system is. Great service very knowledgeable helpful and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Darren responded immediately to the problem with my iMac which unfortunately couldn’t be fixed. However, Darren offered me a pre loved 27” Mac at a very reasonable price. With the drive swapped over and iMac checked out was back up and running which pleased my wife no end. Cheers Darren.
