Not a week goes by without me finding another positive aspect to the services provided by ICH. Their efficiency & attention to detail is second to none.

I wanted to build a strategic partnership with a company that shared our values and beliefs and could deliver added value. I was particularly impressed by ICH’s personal service and a “can do” approach. ICH successfully bid for the contract taking over all the hard services for our new distribution centre which had been neglected by the previous owner.

ICH has delivered on all their promises. ICH hit the ground running and within weeks had not only come up to speed on the building and the infrastructure, but had managed to focus the services and deliver cost savings, all this whilst providing a highly responsive service and some unexpected added value benefits.

ICH has proven to be reliable and professional in everything they do. Their efficiency and attention to detail is second to none. I no longer feel the need to “shop around” as I know that they are very competitive when it comes to rates and I have the upmost confidence in the ability to carry out any tasks given to them. They provide excellent risk assessments and method statements promptly and their customer service is fantastic.

I must also point out that the Carl Pickard & Chris Meekley were instrumental in the set-up process. Their enthusiasm and attention to detail gave me confidence that I had made the right choice.

The work they carry out is satisfactory, but their finance manager is a nasty piece of work. They claimed to have sent emails which they clearly didn't, then threatened us with county court action. Wouldn't touch them again with a barge pole
