Do not deal with this people they steal your money and refuse to give you replacement or refund!!! Wasted £50 with this guys for item to work 2 weeks lol excuse we only provide 1 month warranty!!! They do not care about customers nor do they care who they rip off !!! stay away for dealing with this people !!! or you will be taken for a ride with your money and will not get anything back!!!! This company has been reported to ebay as that's where they do all the dealings and I will be also reporting this guys to trading standards!!! Total time wasters and thief's !!!!

I had an 8Gb memory stick fail, and realised it had a "lifetime guarantee", and called them to go through the process of replacement, everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful, I then sent my dead memory back and had a replacement in no time at all, cant thank you all enough, they really do honour the warranty and in quick time, I will definitely buy Hypertec Memory in the future..
