After visiting a few local estate agents, we settled on going with Hunters, because their knowledge and what they offered matched our needs most.
We haven’t been disappointed at all, and the service that the team provided is second to none.
In particular Joe and Lavinia have been outstanding - open, honest, helpful, hard working and kind, with a great knowledge of the buying and selling processes and able and more than happy to intervene where necessary and ensure processes ran as smoothly as possible.
We would recommend using Hunters for such an important process, it’s been a really positive experience with this great team!

Lavinia has been on our EA throughout the buying process - she's been EXCEPTIONAL! Response rate always less than a day, has all the time in the world to assist, extremely efficient and gets things done. The entire team have been really great on the phone when providing help and advice. Couldn't recommend enough!

I suppose the only way I can describe my experience with Hunters is adequate. We were putting the property up for rent. Some things they did well like getting an electrician to sort out the Electrical Certificate really quickly. The staff were polite but not always fast in their response to us. When they advertised the property the text in the advertisement on their website and on Right move contained quite a few errors. I sensed a reluctant to change it. Also checking the 'right to rent' qualification for my tenants seemed to cause a little problem also trying to see original references from the previous landlord was impossible. However they did send though the other agents reference. We do seem to have some nice tenants. I am not sure if we would use them again, but also not sure if any agent would be better.
Now gone down to 2 stars as the inventory was full of errors and has to be re done. We have had to chase them and carefully check all their work which we have found sloppy. We cannot recommend them now.
