visited the hornsea site late afternoon 02/11/24 the stocky guy of the two made what was going to be a nightmare of a job the complete opposite, he went above and beyond to help & did all of heavy lifting himself, 10/10

This morning I went to Hornsea waste tip. Having been there numerous times I have always found the service impeccable. However not this morning. A very poor attitude displayed by the younger of the two staff working . The irony is that the staff expect to be treated with courtesy but on this occasion it was not a two way street.

Very pleasant experience compared to the last visit this time the greeter at the gate was very pleasant I told him what we had (it was all in separate bags metal ruble and wood ) hats off to the staff today
