Hopeless! Why can’t they deliver parcels to a neighbour like all other couriers. Arranged for a delivery today (Saturday), apparently they knocked but I didn’t hear it, they’ve took it back to re deliver Monday when I won’t be in. To make matters worse, no phone number to contact them and I cant collect during the week due to the restrictive times that this is allowed. No good at all for people that work. This is the second time in the last few weeks this has happened. Last time it was left in a safe place on the second attempt. Don’t know why that couldn’t have been done the first time?I’ve complained once before about parcels not being left with neighbour's and the answer I got was “everyone works in that street so no one to leave it with”. In actual fact, that is most definitely not the case, kindly demonstrated by other couriers! Royal Mail - not fit for purpose!

Tracker on panels work until gets to houghton office. Then no update left wondering where my parcels are having to wait in all day as can't follow my parcel. Like u can every other delivery company. All they have to do is push a button to update tracker.

Never answer the phone, never open and deliver the wrong mail to my property for 8 years..first time is a mistake but for 8 years it's on purpose. You tell them time and time again but they never listen. They would rather write not at this address then walk round the corner to deliver mail. Some of the post men try to act intimidating and the big one when you tell them about their service and honestly it's cringe and you could laugh at it. They throw mail outside the property they can't be bothered to find. They kick off when you ring them on the phone in the background as you talk to them if they don't want to deliver your mail after you paid for next day delivery. Some staff are brilliant but that's just 5 of them out of the full place. Shame really because some staff are brilliant and want to help but the idiots and jobsworth who work there ruin it for the rest of them. This place really needs help and sorting out.

I tested positive for covid after ordering something online. I was able to add a note to my delivery today to mention this and state how to safely deliver my parcel. I asked for the parcel to be put on my doorstep, the delivery person to knock on the door and wait for me to look out the window to confirm that I heard them. I then collected the parcel once the man had left. When I looked out the window, the man was so smiley and friendly. It made my day to have such a positive and safe interaction.

if i could rate this minus 10 i would. no post for a week. waiting for 24 hr tracked delivery.should have arrived tuesday 24th nov. still waiting. manager is lazy went there yesterday all you get is bull cannot even speak to human being on the phone. the lot of them should be sacked and get people who need and will do the job. they should be ashamed of themselves. very angery.

poor effort on the web site advertised opening closing times. Got there today 14/07/2020 well before web advertised closing time to pick up my undelivered items to find it closed....Till Thursday no less. Disappointed and annoyed.
Would like to add this office is normally always an excellent service.
