Faultless service from Ho'ton Heating yesterday when we developed a problem with our boiler due to it needing servicing. I spoke with Neil in the morning, and he was very helpful and took pains to manage my expectations around timescales and fees, given that they were fully booked for the day. However, the team managed to fit us in on the same day, which we appreciated so much. Our engineer, Steven, was polite and efficient, explained everything he was doing and what had caused the fault. He not only fixed the fault, but did our service too. Callum, doing the administration, was efficient and polite too, calling to check details and issue an invoice for a very fair £120. I would not hesitate to recommend this company, and will use them for any future boiler services and repairs.

Two replacement radiators fitted: I found the HH quote fair and I liked that the home visit to assess the job and estimate the cost was the best of 3. Fitters arrived on time and on the agreed date. They were pleasant which made for a good experience. There were various payment options but I made a point of calling into the HH office and paying in person - an option that may suit others.

Had New Worcester Bosch boiler fitted by Hoton Heating Ltd - Was same boiler from British Gas, but significantly cheaper. Had survey completed by Neil, who was great & explained all available options. Boiler was then fitted a couple of weeks later by Derek & Ryan; Professional from start to finish - arrived on time, kept me posted on how the job was going / any issues. They also phoned back the next day to check that everything was working as expected. Would highly recommend Hoton Heating Ltd & will definitely be using them again for any future plumbing/heating work. Many Thanks.

A fantastic Worcester Combi boiler installation in the garage to replace the conventional boiler in the kitchen. Excellent experienced workers that found solutions to problems encountered (extra radiator provided but pipework was blocked) friendly, punctual and cleaned up after themselves. Can highly recommend Ho’ton Heating ?

Professional service from start to finish after we needed a replacement boiler. The price was extremely reasonable and they did all they could to book us in quickly when it was still chilly overnight. Derek and Jay, the two engineers went above and beyond with the work, sorting out unrelated issues we had and accommodating additional jobs for us. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ho'ton Heating to anyone, they were professional, courteous and work was done to a very high standard.

We posted a job on the myjobquote website for a boiler service and Hoton heating got In touch the same day and where able to come out in a matter of hours. Hot water was intermittently not working from my combi boiler. Vaillant did a test & said my hot & cold pipes to boiler had been crossed at installation. Engineer from Ho'ton Heating corrected the problem very efficiently. He is very experienced & knowledgeable. I'm over the moon that my water is now hotter than ever & runs directly from my kitchen sink tap - previously I had to run my downstairs loo tap to get any hot water from sink tap. Cost was more reasonable than Vaillant thought it would be. Definitely recommend!
