Would highly recommend this company. Great customer service, amazing price & amazing results!

I am amazed at how good the cleaning is my carpets look brand new! They came today and did 4 rooms and my stairs and landing. Every stain has been removed and it smells amazing. Our dog has been very ill recently so sick stains where on the carpet that we couldn't get out ourselves after numerous tried. Definitely be booking in again!

I use steve at horwich carpet cleaning at least every 3 months! With kids and pets my carpets are always messy 🙁
He is polite, professional and always has a cheerful manner with my kids who love him! Had my living room, dining room, couch and three bedrooms done this morning and they are already dry as I followed his after care instructions of keep the rooms heated.

They have just left my home, and they completed the following very well.

Large front room and office cream carpet, stairs&landing, 3 bedrooms.

No faults to state, some of the stains he got out were bad too.

Please under no circumstances is this company.
They have refused to issue a receipt for a job I paid cash for.

They have not cleaned the carpets properly when I questioned this They then sent a unpleasant responses firstly blaming the age of the carpet and that they couldn't use something or other because they were wool. then they moved onto blaming the decorator.

I have issued at the small claims court as I don't believe that cowboys like this should be allowed to steal from people.

This job (living room, kitchen stairs, landing and bedroom took them less that 40 mins, there was no mention that they might not be able to clean the carpets adequately. I am really shocked and upset at the unprofessional service and attitude of Steve I feel like they have taken my money and not provided a service. Don't use under any circumstances.
