Lovely helpful staff. Charming function room. WARNING: Don't follow Google Maps you'll end up the wrong side of a locked gate that never opens. Instead drive down Foundry Street and then right just before the fire station. There is some signage but it's not brilliant.

We eloped during covid after having to cancel our orginial wedding in Northamptonshire. Horncastle registrars were amazing they called to confirm if we wanted to still be a 2020 wedding couple and changed the date of the wedding to a Saturday.

There was many restrictions put in place by the government due to covid however these ladies at Horncastle were outstanding.

Highly recommend anyone to get married at this location. Friendly and welcoming and especially in the challenging time of covid it felt calm and so well organised.

Had my wedding here in the summer, absolutely wonderful place. we had a few questions which we had answered quickly. while the inside is a little dated in style we didn't mind at all the photos we got were gorgeous the registrars we so lovely and explained everything to us. the outside is just perfect for group photos just helped to make for an absolutely wonderful day.
