I like this surgery and I do travel a bit to visit and we have been here for years. I like that they have an emergency service in Hook Norton. The vets are all nice and competent. I appreciate the service just a few things that I noticed lately that used to work better. They always have a different person in the surgery and I would really prefer to see the same person or have at least a couple of regural vets. It is really tiresome to explain the same issue to each of them and then they all have somewhat different approach which can be confusing.
They used to be open on Saturday which was useful and they seem to struggle to give appointment sometimes which never use to happen.
On the other hand I really appreciate that I dont ever have to sit there for half an hour or an hour waiting and they have a toilet.

Danny Boy had a stroke whilst visiting a nearby camp site, the vets were very caring putting us both at ease with what we thought would be an awful end to our week away, I can't recommend them enough, thank you ?

Everytime l have visited they have been so helpful and caring, always quick to respond to an emergency, and l wouldn't go anywhere else, experienced, caring, and fair price wise, all positives, l would recommend 100%

Super friendly with all animals, and they really do show their knowledge. I would say they may be slightly pricey but there is not really a difference to other vet groups and you do get quality care for the price.
