Professional aspects always very good. Easy to find, good parking. Friendly reception staff. Unfortunately one of my visits was to have my dog PTS and although the process was straightforward was very emotionally challenging and possibly could have been more gently handled.

Quoted a price for a zone visit and the accounts staff took no notice and charged whatever they felt like charging on the day. Also charged interest on none payment bit could not provide evidence of original invoice having been issued. In current climate of accusations of Vets overcharging, I can confirm with first hand experience that this is the case. Standard of animal care amazing, it's a shame that the professionalism does not carry over to the finance team .
Oct 2024. Still not heard anything further from the VET practice. Overcharged and clearly undervalued as a customer

My 2 cats are 9 yrs now, and these vets have looked after them throughout. Good with the pets and professional. Always friendly and ready to discuss any issues. Vets fees are always expensive, but not OTT here. Reccomend.

The staff here are always friendly and accommodating, the vets always faultless. I take my bosses dog and cat, both are nervous and are treated kindly and gently.
There's a really good coffee and cake place outside too

I changed my Vets about 6 months ago from Vets4Pets Banbury to Hook Norton Vets. Service here is much better and very friendly staff much nicer to deal with. Vets are also much better in every aspect. All in all very happy with Hook Norton Vets.
