Home Instead Bury have looked after my dad for 4 years and I can't fault anything. My dad has built a great relationship with his care pro's. He has the same care professionals daily who arrive on time. They are willing to help with anything and everything. They all go above and beyond and my dad considers them his friends not carers. I would recommend this company.

I have been having care from Home Instead
for four years. Originally my husband was the client as he was suffering from Alzheimers. He could be a very difficult patient at times but the two carers he had were extremely patient with him and usually managed to calm him . At the same time they were very efficient and hard working.
He became very trusting of them. They had to work through the difficult years of covid.
Having to wear a mask which frightened Geoff and having to keep social distancing.
Since my husband died, they have continued to come and help me with household chores and shopping trips as I have bad Arthritis. They can usually solve problems and they are a great support and good company for me.
They are always on time and are completely reliable. The carers who have to cover for holidays or sickness have usually been very good also.
The staff in the office are always
helpful when you phone and will do their best to make changes when required and are good at keeping me informed of changes they may have to make.
I cannot recommend them highly enough.

My mum and her partner have been with them for a short time, but What they do is fantastic job they do. Nothing is too much trouble, they stay for a hour not for 15 minutes, now I can go out for a few hours and no they are in safe hands, you don't no how much this means to me and my mum. You are fantastic, thank you so much ❤
