We called Holme Valley Heating recently because they were local to an elderly family member.
Darian attended promptly as the oil boiler had broken down.
He was on time, clean and very tidy. He diagnosed the fault and communicated this then managed to get a replacement part the same day and get back to ensure the heating was back on as quickly as possible.
I couldn’t recommend his company highly enough it has been a pleasure dealing with him.

Wanted to get my elderly fathers oil boiler serviced - so so happy I found this company! Thank you Darian for the great communication and professionalism! Was slightly nervous as I would not be present for Darians visit and my dad is elderly. But all was well!! Oil boiler was serviced thoroughly and some very helpful remedial works were recommended .

Just spoke with Darian, my boiler had cut out and I had no water or CH, Darian spent time over the phone giving me options of what to do to get the boiler working, got it fixed - very impressed with this service clearly Darian is focused on customer service he even emailed me the user guide for my boiler after our call - such a welcomed service on a cold Sunday afternoon! All at no cost!
