Highly recommend! Lilla was the first councillor I've met with so I didn't know what to expect. From the first moment I met her I always felt comfortable. She is so friendly and brings a calming energy to every session. I met with her weekly over a period of three months and she was really flexible which is great when you work full time. She always took her time when going through things and none of my sessions ever felt rushed. I really appreciate all the help she gave me and I can honestly say it has made such a big difference to my life.

This was my first time going though counselling so I was a bit nervous however Lilla was absolutely amazing. She helped me through my bereavement and dealing with loss. She was really professional, very flexible and a really good listener. I can't recommend Lilla enough, I quite literally share her details with anyone who expresses an interest in counselling. The difference I, and everyone around me can see from before I started with Lilla is beyond words. Lilla instantly puts you at ease, pushes you but allows for boundaries and values honesty without judgement. The best decision I made.

I was referred by my GP and I have 1 to 1 sessions with Lilla on Zoom. Lilla is amazing, she goes above and beyond and I would not be where I am now with my mental health if it wasn't for her, and I definitely am in a better place. She is very professional and I cannot recommend her enough, she gives amazing advice, is flexible on times and days.

Doing the sessions online is so much more convenient for me, especially having kids. I can do my session from home and not have to worry about getting childcare or spend all my time getting to a location. And as you can see the counselors on the video call, it's like being face to face as well.

Out of every councillor I have ever seen, this has been the best for me and it really has worked. Thank you for all you have done and carry on doing!

I have struggled too open up with my emotions in the past. Due to a recent bereavement, I used Holistica counselling and in particular Lilla. Over the sessions Lilla made me feel at ease and I opened up and tackled my emotions head on.
