Always a wonderful experience when i go there.

Staff are welcoming and make an effort to get to know you on a personal level.

They offer a range of things, cards, gifts, vapes, watches and you can get keys cut.

I enjoy helping small businesses like this, you know what your getting, from who and you get the personal experience.
I would never recommend anywhere else. Nothing is ever too much trouble from either of the staff members.

I have been a long term customer of hightech. Been going here for many different bits always have new vape juices and devices, Mark always listens to what sort of flavour or device I'm looking for and advise on what he recommends and would suit me best.

If I ever have any issues or questions, they always help to find the answer, always go the extra mile for you. good laugh and great service would definitely recommend to anyone.

Hi tech is a great shop for vape products, cards, watches, battery changes, keys cutting, staff are so knowledgable especially Mark, he is always friendly and helpful and they always remember regulars and treat them like friends. Hi tech is a great place to go for your not so everyday items. If they can’t help they will always point you in the direction of people who can. Highly recommend this outlet. ?

If you want help or advice don't go here!

On 3 out of 3 visits Staff were unhelpful bordering on rude. Did not make me feel they valued my custom and were certainly not friendly or welcoming.

Asking for advice is not appreciated, they make you feel as if you are wasting their time and make it clear they don't want to be bothered with this or questions about their products.

They don't listen to what you are saying and incorrectly make assumptions which are not helpful.

Last visit, after spending over £30, I got home to discover their "recommendations" were almost the complete opposite of what I had asked for.

I did not return items due to their previous VERY poor attitude as I really did not want to go through the hassle it would involve from previous experience.

Felt the member of staff didn't want to be there, wasn't helpful, infact in my opinion he was rude.
Felt the job was over priced and not carried out properly, I actually got home and redone the watch myself, so waste of money really.

Shame as I wanted to support a smaller store rather than something bigger like timpsons but I guess next time I won't be coming back.

Went in to this shop for balloons friendly staff entertaining my 3year old daughter while waiting. Gd selection of cards and party decorations.
