Absolutely terrible. Gave them a large box of valuble car parts I needed powder coating on a monday, said I needed them doing by the end of the week, they took my phone number on a scribble of paper. Friday comes - parts not done. Go back the middle of next week, still not done, told me theyd be done the next day (thursday), go back friday, still not done. Go back the next weds, they dont even know what parts im talking about, and have no record of me or my phone number. The guy spends 10 mins walking all over the place trying to find my parts, not a clue where they are after >2 weeks. Finds them dumped in a corner, still not done, assures me they will be one by the weekend. Go back Friday, still not done, so after 3 weeks I gave up and took them back to find another place to do them.

If you want someone to lie to you for weeks, waste loads of your time, lose your parts, and never do the job, these are the go-to guys.
