Great service. Nice new Merc. Friendly driver. Efficient communication. Best of all, not only do they have a child car seat in good condition, the driver knows how to install it! Shouldn't be rare, but it is. Will use again.

Very efficient response to booking a car from the airport (I booked 5 days ahead).
Clean spacious BMW, driver was business like and fulfilled the requested booking.
Overall got from A to B and ride was relaxed and swift.

Car was a little late (10 minutes) but it can be difficult to estimate when people will clear passport control, luggage pick-up and customs (so have not deducted a star).
Points to improve on:
1: Communication: office to provide details of the car, driver and pick up point to enable pick-up without being asked at least half a day ahead of journey.
2: Communication: driver or office to find out if customers are checking luggage so the customer is not left waiting for the car at the minicab pick-up point.
3. Do more than the minimum: move from business like to friendly greeting. Provide free bottled water in-case customers have not had time to pick any up in the airport etc..

They have nice cars and are friendly, with a personal service, so are now my 'go to' taxi firm every time.
