Quick links Peterborough and Cambridge and London. It has ticket office, car and cycle parking. Lifts on both platforms 1 & 2. It has disabled access. There’s staff for who needs help but has seen they rude to customers as well. Ticket machines also make this station good.

Nice station where regular services running to London, Cambridge and Peterborough. It's accessible and easy to navigate. There are lifts, toilets and vending machines with some drinks and snacks. The station is kept clean and in good condition. Can recommend.

Sad to say this as a lot of the taxi drivers are great but there are some drivers who are incredibly rude. You can tell they want a long journey to make more money. Instead of telling you this, they’re just rude to you if you request a shorter distance.

nice station, but I saw a “fennec” fox tied up and ran over by a train. there were other animals watching it die. never visiting this station again.

The defibrillator has been removed to save money on electricity . Thus station no longer a safe place. Surely saving someone's life is more important than a few kwh ? Please put the defibrillator back so it can continue to provide an important life line to the local community in an emergency.

We visited Hitchin Train Station when our train needed to make a diversion from London and it was very well maintained. I loved the flowers that were on display and it looked very charming. I did notice there weren't any charging points for the phone but otherwise, it was a very good retro-style train station.

Would’ve been 0 stars if it was an option.
Cleaner is a creep, left my wife feeling extremely uncomfortable.
He’s lucky by the time I knew what had happened he’d scurried away into the lift.
