Great Hotel. I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights, 1st-3rd November. My parent’s 50th Wedding Anniversary is coming up and we went for a couple of nights away. We found the hotel to be spotlessly clean and the staff were just fabulous and friendly. I would like to give a little mention to Hannah who called me before our arrival to confirm the details and she was there when we checked in. I am a diamond member and we got free parking, free breakfast, 10% off drinks and one of the rooms was upgraded to a king suite, which I let my parents have. I was just blown away. When my parents went into their room 187 there was an anniversary card and brownie and the bed had candles & rose petals on which was just fab. In my room, 178 was a lovely fruit platter.||Breakfast was buffet and very nice. If I had to fault something, it would be that both mornings the knives were blunt when cutting the sausage. The food was lovely and hot and a great selection.||We ate in the hotel one of the nights and we enjoyed it. ||I would definitely go and stay at Hilton Northampton again.

First class customer service from everyone and couldn’t have been better!!! Brilliant! Jenna and Lorna were so supportive in our private function room. Outstanding service and thanks!!! Fantastic Hotel...I have visited this Hotel numerous times over the last few weeks as I have been travelling with work Colleagues staying and using the numerous suites available and can very highly recommend.
All of the Hotel rooms were spotless, comfortable and spacious. Lovely Food was served in the Seasons Restaurant, all Staff were fantastic and extremely helpful.
I would like to say a massive thank you to Beverley who was exceptional, always friendly, accommodating and went above and beyond in making sure our stay was enjoyable and something we all really appreciated..we will definitely return due to such an excellent overall experience so thank you.?

Stayed here for 4 nights recently. Rooms are a good size, very dated however. Staff are lovely.
The food however, not great. The pizza was okay, the first night I ordered a pizza with the garlic sauce. That was unbearable, large lumps of garlic within the sauce.
I ordered a soup from the bar which cost £9.50. It was advertised as a pea and mint soup, with baguette. However I didn’t taste any mint within the soup, nor did I get any baguette. As seen in the picture it was served with naan bread.
Despite already paying for it, I questioned the choice of bread.
I was informed that they didn’t have any baguette so they then got me one slice of slightly toasted bread. I assume was leftovers from the breakfast so had got alittle stale.
Throughout my stay the meals are extremely small. You do NOT get a lot at all. Definitely not worth what you pay for it ! It’s very obvious that you get given less when the restaurant is busy.
The only thing that filled me up was the pizza.
On the last night I ordered a pizza and paid extra for RED peppers.
As seen in the picture again, I got 4 slices of red pepper the rest green and yellow. Again not worth the extra money !
Very limited choice of beers too.

No lift so if you’re on the upper floor, you’ll have to carry everything up - this is not super clear on the Hilton App or Hilton Website. |No Air Conditioning in room, only small wall mounted vintage looking heater that didn’t work well - temperature is 7*C outside so not great, wonder how uncomfortable this is in summer!|No sofabed prepared when we arrived at 9PM, called reception no answer, visited reception and was then prepared by 10PM. |No great experience with the staff as others have had, perhaps you get a different team if arriving at night. ||Stayed at Doubletree and Hampton brands that had lifts, AC and rooms prepared before arrival, as well as some of the best staff.||How can this be Hilton in 2024?

My wife and I checked in and were given a room which was recently refurbished and was very nice, however it soon became clear that we had some very noisy neighbours and worse still was the fact that the room overlooked the main road and the highways people had decided to re surface the road that night and so it appeared we would be unlikely to get a quiet nights sleep. I went to ask reception if we could change our room and Alicia who was on duty could not have been more helpful. She gave us a different room on the far side away from the road and in fact we ended up in a really quiet part of the hotel and got a great nights sleep. I would like to commend Alicia especially but also include |all of the staff we came into contact with for their professionalism, helpfulness, and courtesy.. In general the hotel was clean and comfortable and both dinner and breakfast were great. I would definitely stay here again Kind regards||Martin and Kim Bond.|Date of stay 02/11/2024.

Enjoyed the time at Hilton, staff always available when needed. Reception looks amazing serving a good coffee.|Room was quiet and comfortable.|I d definitely recommend as for the service but also for the location - 10 minutes drive to town centre.

As a trainer for my company, I have spent a considerable amount of my career travelling around various hotels in the country but the Hilton Northampton have been outstanding in their customer service and ability to swiftly adapt to our needs at very short notice, providing everything we required with a smile and pulling through on everything promised.
