I recently stayed at this hotel, and everything was absolutely perfect. I have stayed in many places, but this one truly exceeded my expectations. The facilities are exceptional: the sauna was incredibly relaxing, and the indoor pool was a fantastic way to unwind after a long day of exploring. The gym is well-equipped, offering everything I needed for a great workout.

What really sets this hotel apart are the stunning views. Whether you're by the pool or just relaxing in your room, you can enjoy breathtaking scenery that truly enhances the experience. And let’s not forget the food — it was simply outstanding. Every meal was delicious and offered a wide variety of options, making dining here a real pleasure.

Overall, this hotel provides the perfect combination of relaxation and luxury, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. I can't wait to return!

The beds are poor in the standard rooms, the standard rooms are tired and dated with bump and Scratch marks everywhere. For £250 a night I would expect better standard. Did enjoy the breakfast which has a good selection. I think the front breakfast staff could smile more, I recieved more welcome from the serving staff I think from Asia.

Needs an overhaul, when paying £340 per night plus £50 refundable bond plus £35 to park… I would have expected a shower without black mold. Breakfast - self service…. Cold, looked like a primary school had been teaching children how to spill everything on the floor. Dried out bacon and sausage. Really disappointed. Plates everywhere no clean glasses or cups. There are 3 lifts… 1 of which was out of order - we were on the 22nd floor. It took nearly 10 minutes waiting for the lift up and down. Positives - the views are immense. Cloud23 was exceptional. The food was exquisite and the staff were really personable and took the time to chat and explain every course. I would go back to Cloud23 but not reside at the Hilton.

The room was okay and the staff pleasant on arrival. ||At approximately 4am we were woken up by the fire alarm and needed to evacuate the building, the evacuation went smoothly but there was no communication or explanation.||The shower was cold, I thought this might be linked to the issue that set off the fire alarm but my colleague didn’t have the same issue.||Breakfast was a buffet but all the items I selected were cold, not what I expected from a reputable hotel

Friendly and helpful staff at check-in and in executive lounge. Spacious room. Exec lounge afternoon scones and happy hour with interesting food made room good value and views from 22nd and 23rd floors good. Comprehensive breakfast. Unfortunate fire alarm at 4.45am due to a hot water pipe issue meant an early start and no hot water the next morning as a result. Disappointing no personal acknowledgment of inconvenience caused, just a generic letter on reception saying sorry

I had one night at this hotel in connection with a visit to a convention. The hotel is not in the most central location in Manchester, but it's right next to the Deansgate station, and not a terribly long walk to the city center. The area is also pretty nice.||As a Diamond member, I was upgraded to a very nice King Executive room on the 21st floor with executive lounge access, which was very nice. I was also able to check in a couple of hours early - much appreciated.||The executive lounge was actually very nice. Great views of the city, and amazing service from the staff there. They seemed genuinely interested in guests and were just lovely all around. ||My room was quite nice too. Very modern, nice views, and a large TV. The bathroom was also great, with a large tub and separate shower. ||I tried the Cloud 23 bar on the top floor of the hotel. Great ambiance and views, with tables right by the large windows. I had the "Psyche" cocktail which was tasty, but very small, especially for the £13 price tag.||The one restaurant on site (aside from limited dinner service at Cloud 23), Podium, is currently closed on Mondays and Sundays which is a little odd, but fortunately there are many good restaurant options close to the hotel. ||I did try the breakfast buffet at Podium though, which was exceptional. Really impressive selection, good food, and lots of seating in a pleasant restaurant setting. I also liked the fact that they had a "This table is occupied/This table is available" coaster that you could place on the table. Such a simple but extremely efficient way to indicate that the table is taken or free, which is useful especially for a solo traveler. I have stayed at dozens of Hilton hotels but never seen this before, but I wish all of them would have it.||The hotel also has a pool on site. I didn't get to try it, and I think it might have been closed during my stay, but I think it's great that they offer an indoor pool in a city where this is probably not very common.||Service from the staff at the front desk was good as well.||Overall a lovely hotel that I would highly recommend!

Couldn’t fault my visit from arrival at reception from a very attentive and helpful attendant. Concierge parked and looked after my car and delivered on time the next morning with a smile and appropriate humour. The room was well presented and clean. Breakfast the following morning was without exception one of the best hotel breakfasts me and my party have experienced.
