Enjoyed our stay. Nice location, rooms and facilities were clean. Fitness center has to be the largest I’ve been to at a hotel which was nice. Our room was spacious and comfortable.
We used the digital check in feature so only interacted with the staff to ask for additional bathroom supply and make a small purchase at the snack area. Staff acts as though they are doing you a favor, they aren’t rude but they aren’t helpful either.

This hotel is a classic! French door to the bedroom, actual balconies, huge bathrooms, sofa with a coffee table! We had an excellent experience here! They even have Murphys beds built in if you have more family/friends! Kory was amazing at the front desk, very professional and helped us with everything we needed! Breakfast was amazing, very nice bar as well. Thank you Kory, and thank you everyone for making are stay enjoyable. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting the Perimiter area!

Front desk was great. Housekeeping and restaurants/executive lounge not so much. Mr. Gus at the front is awesome as well as the manager for the executive lounge. However the staff seems to indifferent if not rude. Rooms are spacious, carpets could use some cleaning. Great location, super safe and convenient to restaurants and stores

The rooms are spacious and nice love the balcony. The staff was very attentive to our requests. There was an incident that required us to leave the room immediately, the front desk was very helpful and concerned. Kory Ford, at the front desk is the g.o.a.t., he was concerned, remidied the problem immediately and checked on us. The General Manager on the other hand never reached out to me and instead of waiving the entire three day stay amount because of the problem, he took 2 days off and charged for our final night, that told me alot about his lack of concern for the customer!

My stay was magnificent! David Martin is an outstanding employee. His professionalism for hospitality is amazing. He went out his way to make sure that my stay was the upmost perfection and overall ensured my comfortability. His staff Marlise, Gus, and Zakkiyyaa , were some of the most helpful and friendly people I have came across in hospitality. This is definitely a place I would recommend to stay for people in regards of business, leisure or even a family events.

Great hotel that was convenient to the Braves stadium. Staff were great and free parking is always a plus. Walking distance to a Walgreens and bagel shop.

Only flag to future goers, there is no indoor pool or hot tub as other pictures suggest. It has since been closed in for a very nice gym. There is only an outdoor gym.

BE AWARE THIS LOCATION HAS BED BUGS!! When bringing this up to the hotel front deck and the assistant director Abiola nothing was done about it. I showed them pictures of the bed bug and the bites that k got while sleeping.. be aware about this when booking her they also they compensate for anything nor give their guest anything for inconvenience. Very lazy staff!!!!

My wife and I booked a long weekend to attend a conference and have some much needed down time in mid September. When we arrived we were met with the smell of marijuana walking up to the hotel entrance. After checking in to our first floor room, I went up to the second floor to get some ice. When I got off the elevator, the smell of marijuana was overpowering and seemed to be centered around the rooms near the ice machine. Unfortunately, this was directly above the room we were staying in and the smell was coming into our room through the ventilation system. When my wife called to complain, the employee told her "there was nothing he could do about it" even though she told him where it was coming from. He also said, "it's about to be legalized anyway, so you might as well get used to it". The next day, the front desk associate apologized and refunded the prior nights stay and offered to give us a full refund and we "could find another hotel" if we wanted. A co worker of hers stated that "every hotel has people that smoke weed and they can't stop it". We stayed again Saturday night only to have the same experience again, albeit this time it was overpowering cigarette smoke. The next morning we decided to check out a day early due to the issues and requested a refund but were rudely refused. We were told there would be a manager there Monday and we could speak with her. There was NO manager in the hotel until Thursday and she stated she would not help us because "they offered us another room AND a full refund and we refused the offer". BEWARE!!! This hotel apparently has no management oversight, the employees do whatever they want whenever they want and then blatantly lie to cover themselves. Hilton Dunwoody NEVER made this right but an appeal to Hilton
Corporate was successful. My wife is a Diamond Member and we have NEVER experienced a Hilton as poor quality as Hilton Dunwoody Perimeter in Atlanta. Save some time and book somewhere else.
