I would highly suggest not working at Hillside Lodge if you are thinking about joining.

The manager who runs this home belittles her staff and makes them feel horrible about themselves.

This home and the company does not care about their staff whatsoever.

My Mum was cared for at Hillside Lodge for years until just recently when she passed away. She suffered with dementia. They were fantastic in here. The care she received was great and I can't praise them enough for what they did for her. We had tried respite care for her at other homes before settling on Hillside Lodge for her long term residence and this was far and away the best we encountered. The home is bright, modern and clean with an enclosed and private garden. They are lovely caring staff who made her so comfortable and treated her like their own family. I can really recommend them.
