Never really had problems with this doctors before untill this morning! Spoke with a male over the phone on reception. He didn’t even sound like he could be arssed. Spoke to me rudely and to be honest he isn’t a doctor but trying to go into more detail of my issues when that’s clearly something I only want to speak with my doctor about! I get they have to put notes down for my doctor but I said enough! Yet he still carried on. Trying to question me because he didn’t think my problem was urgent! Absolute joke.

I haven't been registered at this doctors long, maybe 3 months or so, but each time I have had to visit I have found the doctors to be very good indeed. Especially Dr.Knott, I cannot praise the Doctor enough for her patients, kind understanding and service. This has made a real difference to my health and life. At my old practice I would be fobbed off all the time. I am so grateful to be a patient here. 10/10.

Never had a problem with this surgery just like today. It is run by husband and wife. I have only dealt with the lady once, she was straight to the point and helped me out, she was lovely. The gentleman is who I see as my GP. Just like his wife he is knowledgeable and a Doctor to trust. I have always took his advice and never gone wrong. Moving on to the receptionist's, they are understanding and try their best to help priorities patients, very polite ...

I have used the surgery for over 25 years. Usually it's a husband and wife team however only the male Dr works full time but in the years I've been going there they have served the community very well indeed. The counter staff of friendly and the manager Mandy is fantastic. The nurse is also extremely good. I have always been satisfied with the waiting times for appointments the way they book appointments and although they are under constant threat of being swallowed up by a larger surgery in the village they have battled to stay open and I really hope they do. This is one of those surgeries which is not full of people it only has 3 or 4 people waiting for each doctor at the very most. As there's only one Dr at a time this means if you have something like anxiety or mental health or maybe even something that is not nice to look at or you don't like being stared at then this surgery is definitely for you. I hate the places that are full of people but this place has a very calm quiet atmosphere. There is a small selection of toys in the centre of the waiting room to keep toddlers happy and generally everything works extremely well. I wish hillview surgery the very best and I hope they do not close in my lifetime

I've has no problems with this doctors but the male receptionist is terrible, he's messed my appointment up twice, no telephone manner, I ordered a prescription item Monday to collect today being Wednesday, it hasn't even been sent to the pharmacy, very un professional indeed.

i never see this type of rude people in surgery . they are absolutely fraud . i will explain the incident . two days ago i got one doctor appoiment by PHONE 8. am . the told me i need to call 8 AM on sugary . i trust this stupid people . i start call 7.55 am to continually . i never contact call in surgery . because that line fully busy. its always like that .after that i connect sugary 8.10 am . they told me you need to call exact time that means 8 AM . so DOCTOR complete avoid me and told me call agene next day 8 AM exactly . this time i can understand they are totally insulting me because nobody never connect by phone in exact 8 am . i am new in this place . i never see like that surgery staf and doctor in my life anywhere in uk . WHEN WE CALL SURGERY THEY PHONE RECORCORD MESSAGE ( ZERO TOLLARANCE PLACE ) . IN FUTHER SHOULD BE SOMEBADY REACT I HOPE . THANKS

Exceptional care and service today at Hillview surgery, the opposite of what I have been used to on my previous visits to Farnsfield surgery (I think it is now run by a different team, Hillview and Farnsfield partnership). Brilliant, helpful and caring doctor. Above and beyond

Been going to the surgery for over 6 years now. Always a pleasure to go in and see the nurse Lorraine she is a lovely person inside and out any problems I have she sure to help me, she’s very good at her job and very thorough. Always sure to brighten my day 😬
