Mark was so helpful after my macbook was water damage. He is clearly very experienced and knowledgeable, but more importantly, was honest about the total cost and worth of repair during an initial consultation. When trusting someone with your laptop and data, I feel honesty is of the upmost important and I can safely say I trusted Mark and would absolutely go back again if ever I need another mac repair. BRILLIANT!

After 9 years our Mac was running very slow and we were at a loss on how to solve the issue or just replace?
A friend of ours recommended Mark to us. As soon as we made contact with Mark he responded quickly and listened to our issues. He explained what he needed to do to fix the issue and booked in the Mac swiftly. The outcome is fantastic! The speed is faster than the Mac was when we bought it initially! Everything is running like new.

Mark has been absolutely amazing from start to finish with helping repair a family members MacBook which was water damaged recently!

From his initial diagnosis, and being completely honest and trustworthy with what he think would be the best solution, to completing the job within a couple of days max for us, he’s been great!
