Excellent service. I was quickly connected with Robert, who calmly and efficiently talked me though exactly what I needed to do to rectify the issue with my boiler. He was then on hand afterwards through the messaging app for a couple of troubleshooting queries, all was resolved within 2 hours of logging the issue. I couldn't believe how brilliant this video service was!

I am very grateful to the engineer who helped me and guided me on how to repair my boiler. Thanks to Chris Dolan, I was able to shower in hot water again. Very understanding and patient with my bad English. I wish myself and all those using Help me fix services such a friendly, helpful and fully committed service. A photo of a hornet that took up residence in the boiler, depriving me of hot water.

The remote engineer rang me within 5 minutes of reporting the problem. He was very nice and talked me through exactly what I needed to show him. I got a confirmation email within minutes of ending the call that he had reported it to the landlord. Great service

Had a video call with an engineer who helped identify the problem with my shower, the exact make of shower and part I needed to fix it. When the repair person came out to fix it they did the exact same analysis and didn't have a part to replace with. Not entirely sure what the point of the video call was except to delay my shower getting fixed.

Unhappy with the triage service as it is has only prolonged the time to fix my shower. Cheers.

Disappointed with this service, in a nutshell this company's offering is a video triage service that is unprofessional and in our experience did not solve any issue but just stated the obvious in the quickest possible time. We trialled it for a couple of month. We experienced video triaging involving retired contractors on occasion on holiday or standing on a roof with no safety equipment. The contractors would state the obvious in reply to a tenant issue e.g. a smoke detector beeping was triaged by the contractor saying to the tenant "the smoke detector needs replacing I will contact the agent" this 3 minute video conversation cost us as an agency £50, There is no way i could justify carrying this cost through to our clients so I had to formally complain to have this refunded. Very unimpressed with this and more is needed for this to be a trusted service provider, or a complete rethink of the business model.
