UPDATE James fitted me with a new shower last week and he is still very impressive like last time! He turned up when he said and he did an excellent job again. Excellent communication about arrival times etc. Also charged a good price, providing a detailed invoice with breakdown of costs. Will definitely use him next time. We were let down by our usual heating engineer so had to find someone else. I'm so pleased to have found James at Helm's heating. Communication was fantastic with text messages and a web chat with the ability to send photos appointment updates, reminders and even a map when he's on his way.

He did a thorough job and explained everything he was doing and would explain anything I asked regarding the boiler parts or how it worked. James really took ownership and even explained what may be required in next year's service visit.

I called James out of the blue, on a late morning when my boiler broke. James talked through some things that may help and promised he would get to me that day as I had my water off too because of the issue.
