Fantastic show this year. Many interesting artisan and craft stalls, great exhibitions of local children's craft work, homemade cakes and art work. Some worthy winners. The adult exhibitions of flowers, veg, crafts and photography was also very interesting. We loved the arena events of cycling and the heavy horse parade. The concert in the evening featuring no less than four acts was exceptional, the Madness tribute band 'Gladness',was one of the best we have seen. The evening culminated in a brilliant firework display. Well done to everyone involved in organising the event.

We went here on Sunday for the afternoon with our son and we absolutely loved it. There was so much choice of things to see and do. An absolutely brilliant day out and would defiantly recommend it. It was spaced out really well and wasn't too crowded. Lots of car parking and Marshall's to help with the parking. A very well organized event. ?

Heckington Show is amazing. There are so many stalls, shows, entertainment, and fun for children that spending a day is not enough. However, the ground is very uneven. It's dry grass and soil. For a disabled wheelchair user, it's hard work. There is a massive car parking area which marshals can direct you to a suitable spot, there is a large Disabled parking area to. The show has everything anyone could want. However, the toilets are not enough. They are grouped together when they should be dotted around the whole show and are totally wheelchair unfriendly. There are toilets that state they are wheelchair accessible, however there is a lip that wheelchairs have to go over, the door is a major problem at it wants to shut all the time and once in it's very difficult to transfer to the toilet or manoeuvre round.

Car parking system was ridiculous- having to drive the whole length of a field to be guided back down again to park. Cars should have been guided to park in order ie fill car park from the front and work back. Ticket kiosk need more than just 2 people - 4 positions would be ideal. When we eventually got into the event it was OK, but the entrance experience has put us off going again.

Fantastic weekend. Loved all the animals. Bought a brilliant new hat and a garden ornament. Food is a bit pricey. Hot tip, bring your own cold drinks.

A fantastic mini version of a County show which is in fact the largest village show in the country..! Lots to do over the 2days, great for families with the farm animals at close quarters, fairground rides, tractors, fire engines, trade stands, crafts & floral marquees and there's always something going on in the main events ring. There's a food court too with all tastes catered for..

Great village show. Lots of events in the main ring, livestock, produce and flower competitions. Wide range of trade and food stands with funfair rides for the kids. Heritage area with reanactors, steam engines, vintage vehicles and a range of craft stands and demonstrations. Firework display on the Saturday evening too!
