Paid for parking at Hayling island. I was given a ticket as I inputted a wrong reg number. Emailed the parking team to apologise and ask for forgiveness as a regular at Hayling island. Basically computer says no! They couldn't even get the colour of my car right but that's ok because they are allowed to input mistakes, we aren't.
Ive tried to reason with them but it's like chatting with a wall, so here I am writing a sub standard review to warn others. Tried to pay the parking fine and their website doesn't work nor will it accept my PCN number, what a complete shambles of a council. Im guessing they need all the money they can get as every winter the poorly fixed carpark is once again washed in to the sea. My advice, don't park at Hayling island, park up the road for free and walk down.

Parked in civic centre car park to give blood!
Used my giving blood permit . And got a parking fine as Apprently in wrong car park. Appealed against fine as was giving blood free to help people. Now been told my appeal has been rejected. Have to pay £35 of £70 if I do t pay in 14 days. Disgusting.

I wouldn't of given any stars if it had aloud me. Diabolical obnoxious not helpful more than my jobs worth uptight staff in customer call centre for council tax, maybe they should all be trained at the Gosport department they might come back a bit more human and helpful!!

Complained about public toilets not being available. Was told to go to Purbrook when waterlooville town centre is closed. When I went to Purbrook, it was closed. Complained to my councilor and he never had the decency to reply.

Last week I emailed customer services through Havant Borough Council Website. I had a query regarding domestic and Recycle bins to our property. (we had not received them). The email was answered straight away informing me they had passed the query to Operational Services. Operational Services dealt with my query very quickly and I am pleased to say both bins are now at the property. Excellent service from both departments and Norse for the delivery of the bins. Thank you

Absolutely useless. Still chasing for a non-existent council tax debt which was paid 13 years ago. Of course, irrespective of whether it was owed or not, with no contact in 12 years, they seem unaware of the Limitations Act 1980 for unsecured debt.

You email them and no response. In October 2022 I emailed a legal response to them, being told they would reply in full within 28 working days. It's now May 2023 and they still haven't responded, yet they persist in sending threatening letters from their hired thugs Ross and Roberts.

Legally, they haven't a leg to stand on and seem to want me to prove the debt isn't owed, whereas a simple look up on their own records would show that. Is it any wonder their finances are shot when they are incapable of tracing £256 into their own accounts. Makes you wonder what corrupt practices might be going on with this racket.

Still, it was the local elections last week, so we can be rest assured more clowns will fill the circus, replacing the clowns that went before them.

Update: After emailing them, they have refused to respond within 28 working days. They still persist in claiming there is a debt, despite providing no proof one exists, and nothing to counter the proof that we have paid. Their bully boys are still sending letters to the incorrect address, having agreed to stop. And now they claim a Liability Order has been issued by a magistrate. So we have a court acting unlawfully, contrary to the 1980 Limitations Act (unsecured 'debt', with no contact to chase said 'debt' for over 6 years). What an utterly useless bunch.

Very bad customer service, they advised me to order extra bin, when commercial property don't own theirs , and using our residential bin which is alway overflow. Do I have to pay for their commercial rubbish? This is what they told me after their investigation completed which this commercial property doesn't have any agreement with waste companies.
