We've had a annoying problems with gas oven and gas fire.Since new gas main work with Cadent, our oven and gas fire have not worked properly.Ben solved the problem within two visits. We now have a fully working gas fire,but oven is dead.I would not hesitate to recommend Ben and Hattons, as his persistence in fault finding is remarkable.Highly recommend!.

Martin is a great engineer. He has undertaken a number of jobs for me. He has changed a boiler and taken care of broken down boilers. Martin always get back to you promptly, he is hard working and pays attention to detail. I would recommend him for all plumbing and heating work - first rate service at a competitive price - worth every penny in my book!

Martin at Hatton heating is excellent. He assessed the work to be done (and pointed out things that did not need doing i.e. very honest), fitted me in quickly, sent me photos on Whatsapp showing me daily progress, and was very good value for money. I cannot recommend Martin highly enough - he was recommended to me, and now I recommend him to others. Thank you for such benchmark work Martin.

Martin came out to replace a heat exchanger and fit a magnetic filter on our boiler. He did the work with a minimum of fuss, explained everything he was doing and was a delight to talk to. He was honest and open about what the work would cost and - unlike the previous people who had been out to deal with the system - didn't try to sell us an expensive flushing operation. He gave us a professional appraisal of whether such an operation was necessary and let us reach our own conclusion. I will not hesitate to contact him again if we need any work doing.

Had a problem with a gas pipe, Martin was quick to respond, repaired the damaged gas pipe. Reasonably priced, good quality work and as he is gas safe registered, he was able to sign off the work, all in one go. I would highly recommend.
