When we first visited Hatfield Place, we fell in love with the venue. We wanted to get married in a grand manor house with beautiful grounds and this venue did not disappoint!!

We didn't actually end up getting married in the house itself, we chose the stunning Orangery for our ceremony and for our wedding breakfast as it ticked all the boxes! We loved the fact the ceremony room looked out onto the beautiful walled garden and the space that the garden provided for guests when they were enjoying the drinks and canapés in the sun (especially as the weather was on our side!!).
The wedding breakfast room had a long bar with a gorgeous white, light up dancefloor and beautiful blossom trees which are included in the room. One thing we looked for in our venue was to have everything in one room so guests could all be together whether they were at the bar, dancing or eating and this venue provides this beautifully!
All the facilities on site are to a high standard and the staff were so helpful.
On the day I really couldn't fault anything, it ran smoothly and it really was perfect!!
There were only two points that I would like to have been better, one was that there is a cottage for the bride to stay in the night before with the bridal party. Unfortunately, we were told this had been closed due to a refurbishment and therefore we were not able to use this facility. I would really have liked to have stayed with my bridal party the night before- this takes the stress of transport on the wedding morning away, especially as we had road closures due to a cycle race and would have made the night before my wedding that bit more special.
The other is after we booked the wedding and sent across any queries, I would have to chase to get answers and this was frustrating at times. I would like to add that when it got closer to our wedding day this did improve and responses got quicker.
Those points aside, we loved our wedding day, it was perfect and all our guests have complimented the venue and staff.
Thank you Hatfield Place, I just wish we could do it all again!

Wow where to start….so pleased with Hatfield Place as our wedding venue.

After our first tour with Michelle and then the open day getting to meet the wedding pros we were really happy to book in our big day. It was a February wedding and the indoor spaces had us covered whatever the weather. It’s also so well designed and thought out for weddings, every guest is considered and every idea is welcomed. Michelle & Jess really looked after us all so well on the day, we appreciate their expertise and presence massively, they are pros. The whole team were so professional but also so kind, we were so comfortable there and everything happened just as planned and better than we could have asked for. Everyone should have their wedding here!

Thank you so so much for truly making our day, we will never forget it and fondly remember Hatfield Place.

BEST DAY EVER!!!

Thank you to all at Hatfield for providing us with the most amazing day of our lives. From the moment I was a bridesmaid in 2019 at the venue, I knew I needed Michelle to run my wedding. Michelle is honestly amazing & I fully trusted in her ability to be able to run our perfect day & I was right to do so!

Our day went so smoothly & all of the staff were incredible! Special mention to Lisa & Shaun & Katrina (S&K). Everyone who works there are so so friendly, polite and just lovely to be around! S&K’s food was unreal & lots of guests have mentioned how amazing it was!

Breakfast was brilliant with a great spread the morning of the wedding. Everything is thought of and allows for a calm morning. The dressing room is beautiful and has everything you could need. We loved that there was somewhere for the groom and groomsman to get ready too!

Ian & Alison, the owners, are both so lovely and were both there on the day & were there to say goodbye the morning after. You can tell they love helping create peoples special days! Michelle, thank you will never be enough. Honestly, we are so so pleased with how everything ran on the day. It was better than we could have ever wished for.

Honestly, everything was perfect. The venue, the rooms, the breakfast, the food. Everything.

Best venue ever!! I have to pinch myself that I was lucky enough to get married at this stunning venue.

We had our wedding at Hatfield Pace earlier this month after 2 years of planning. Our day ran so smoothly and not even the smallest of details went wrong. The staff were absolutely incredible and so attentive in the run up to and including our day. Jess was amazing throughout the process and was constantly checking in on me throughout the morning to make sure myself and the bridal party were happy. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better team and venue to share our wedding day with, thank you again!

If you are thinking of choosing this venue, DO IT!!!
This venue has been built for weddings, and has thought of single tiny detail to make your wedding go as smooth as possible.

We had the best day of our lives, and the venue was just UNREAL. All our guests were blown away and so were we.

From the small details like high level hangers for big wedding dresses, to 5 makeup stands perfect for the bridal party getting ready, the most comfortable beds in history, room for the grooms party to get ready in, teas and coffees in the changing rooms, fully stocked bar with staff, huge room for the evening reception, and stunning grounds that are perfectly looked after.

Literally everything you could possibly want, has been thought about and incorporated.

Michelle and Daisy were a huge part in our day to make everything run perfectly, and the owner was so friendly and kind and made sure he came to congratulate us and ensure everything was perfect. I cannot thank them enough for their hard work and time they spent on our day.

I cannot recommend this venue, staff and all around experience enough.

When me and my partner started searching for our perfect venue for our dream day, Hatfield Place was on our agenda as a local stately home and it did not disappoint, a slice of heaven literally 5 minutes down the road from us. If you are after elegant, timeless, classic feel in an incredible house each room decorated differently and with such precision then look no further.

Ian and Alison the owners of the venue can’t help out enough, from the night before in the cottage they popped in to help us work some bits in the cottage and then the morning of the wedding Alison put on an incredible spread for me and the girls. They have decorated and cared for the venue with lots of love, attention and detail and it really shows.

Michelle was very attentive leading up to the day, and on the day her and the team at Hatfield Place couldn’t have given us a smoother, stress free day. Everything was perfect, from Michelle helping with the pinholes to ushering 100 guests into seats/positions/places in a timely manner. Nothing is missed, her and the team are on the ball and you really can’t ask for much more than that on the day of your dreams.

Where do I begin...... What an amazing venue. From the moment we looked around the venue 15 months ago to my daughters wedding day the whole team excelled themselves. Michelle was the most efficient, helpful and professional wedding organiser any bride and groom could ask for. Nothing was too much trouble, and the attention to detail was outstanding. Every demand my daughter made was met with a smile and good humour. The whole day ran smoothly and without a hitch and that couldn't have happened without the great communication between all the staff and ourselves. We cannot thank Michelle and her team enough and would highly recommend Hatfield Place to anyone.
